Try These Masks to Reduce Fine Lines and Wrinkles

Whether you are a movie star or an average American trying to make a living, we all
age. Are you fighting the dreaded signs of getting older, such as wrinkles or crow’s feet?
You do not have to spend a fortune on store-bought skin products. Try these five all-
natural anti-aging masks that you can make right in your kitchen:

1. Eggs-ceptional Face Mask

Eggs are inexpensive, delicious, and full of nutrients. Did you know that they also make
a wonderful face mask to combat the signs of aging? For this mask, all you need is a
large egg from the fridge. Crack the egg into a bowl and lightly whisk it with a fork.
Spread the egg mask on your face and let it sit until dried. Wash your face with cool
water and pat dry with a soft towel.

2. Greek Yogurt Mask

This exotic-sounding mask is simple to make and is beneficial to your skin. The rich
Greek yogurt hydrates dry skin, which minimizes the appearance of fine lines—
especially around your eyes. It also contains lemon juice and chopped cucumber, to
brighten your skin and tighten pores. Add a touch of aloe vera to soothe and moisturize
your face.

Make a mask with ½ cup strained Greek yogurt, juice of ½ lemon, ¼ cup chopped
cucumber, a ¼ cup aloe vera gel. Apply the mask and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Wash it off gently with a washcloth, and pat it dry with a towel.

3. Avocado Mask

Avocados are a rich source of omega- 3 fatty acid and Vitamin E. Both are essential
nutrients for your skin. To make a quick, anti-aging face mask, peel half of an avocado
puree it in your blender. For an extra boost, add a couple of teaspoons of Greek yogurt.
Apply the mask to your face and let it sit for 15-20 minutes. Afterwards, wash your face
with cool water and apply your favorite skin toner.

4. Breakfast Mask

As we age, our skin tends to get a little dry and flaky. An oatmeal mask gently exfoliates
the skin, while the milk and honey brighten your complexion. Mix two tablespoons of
quick oats with one tablespoon of honey and one tablespoon of milk. Put the mask on
your face and leave it on for about 20 minutes. Gently cleanse your face with cool water
and a washcloth.

5. Chia Scrub Mask

The antioxidants in chia seeds fight the symptoms of aging, so why not use them in a
DIY mask? Blend them with the cleansing power of green apples and skin-soothing
honey. In your blender, add two tablespoons chia seeds, two tablespoons honey, and
half of a chopped Granny Smith apple. Puree the mixture and apply it to your skin. After
about 15 minutes, gently wash the mask off with cool water and a washcloth.

Fight the signs of aging with Mother Nature’s best recipes. These DIY masks will
