So you’ve been waking up every morning for the last week or two and noticed this bad breath halitosis issue. You already know that strong foods, smoking, and drinking certain beverages can contribute to bad breath. So eliminate these things from your diet in order to cut down on the odor. The most important thing is figuring out the cause and then start considering the various remedies available.
